SMASH 2017 Conference Registration
The registration fee covers the conference, as well as lunches and dinners, breaks and evening mixers. A breakdown of the registration options are listed below.
- $850.00 (USD) Normal Registration
- $350.00 (USD) Student/Academic Post-Doc Registration
- $300.00 (USD) Meals Only Registration for accompanying persons
- $150.00 (USD) Evening Meals Only Registration for accompanying persons
Normal conference registration closes on July 30, 2017; however, late registration will be accepted until September 15, 2017 with the addition of a late fee of $50 (USD).
There will be no on-site registration.
Make sure to register early, as we restrict registration to 300 persons in order to ensure SMASH offers great networking opportunities and a genuine community of engaged scientists.
Your registration is not complete until you click on the "Submit Registration" button at the bottom of the registration form and receive a confirmation page.
Cancellations will be accepted until September 17, 2017 with the full registration refund minus a $50 (USD) handling charge. No refunds will be made after this date.
Hotels & Transportation
You are responsible for making your own hotel accommodations, but we have organised a SMASH room rate with the Hotel Dino and adjoining Hotel Simplon. Full hotel and transportation information can be found on the Hotel Page.
