Ways to Present at SMASH

We offer the opportunity to present your work by submitting an abstract for:

  • Submitted Talks - These are ~20 minutes presentations, selected by the session chairs (Talks deadline May 31st)
  • Scientific Posters - These are assessed by the Poster Committee based on scientific novelty and quality (Scholarship deadline May 31st, all other posters July 31st)

You will be notified by email with the decision ~2 weeks after the relevant deadline.

NOTE for scholarship applicants - If you apply for a talk it is strongly recommended that you also apply for a poster presentation. We typically receive ~100 abstracts each year and only 14 can be selected for talks.
